HTML - iframe links

For example, say I have a page with an iframe. Now lets say this page has two pages which are loaded into the iframe, home and extra.
Is there a way to link from a seperate site, say flashkit.com, to the page extra from the site. So in another words, can I link to not only the site but for a specific page to be loaded into the iframe of that site.

I would imagine you just set the iframe src link to the full url of the specific page you want to load into the iframe ?

well say the page 2 is loaded into the iframe, I want a link from an outside site inito the page with 2 loaded into the iframe already...so you dont have to click on 2 once you get to the site
