Serious Help Needed

I am working on a project for school. In this project, I have a feature of watching flash movies uploaded by admin.
2 things are not working:
1) Loading..... should be there b4 complete movie loads to visitors browser.
2) Currently all flash movies fit in a definite size box, so if movies is big, then also it becomes small. I want that movies shd be in their actual size, table should adjust itself according to movie and so should the browser. I mean the html should not tear out if movie is big.

Please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? How do I fix this?

Are U trying to fit your presentation in a fullscreen view?
