    How to make these tab thingies?

    Hi all!

    How can I make these tabs thingies (like those in the picture), that when I click on one it comes to the front, loading an external movie/text file to it and sends all the others to the background, and when I click on the other it does the same, just loads a different movie/text file? How can it be done?
