    3dfa still alive!

First of all Merry Christmas to all of you.

And the second thing is that the 3dfa support answered my mail within 24 hours!!!!!????
I wanted a new reg number and have mailed them several times but havent got any answer but now! The mail is as follows:

    "Hello...

Yes, it is certainly possible to get a registration code. Please visit the
3DFA web site and go to the Purchase page and then to the section on the
page titled "Update Registration". You will need to provide the Computer
Number and email address(www.3dfa.com) and then click Update. Your new
registration code will be emailed out to you within 24 hours.

    Cheers & Merry Christmas,
    3DFA Team

    "

I will tomorrow send my computer number to 3DFA and will
as soon i´ve got an answer let you know!
perhaps there is still a little kind of hope for the best flashprogram to learn fast.......... :-)

    Confirmed!

I can confirm that 3dfa is still alive and kicking, I've now had contact with Rob the lead developer and work is progressing. Support and registration request should be flowing better now and you should be seeing more activity here on the forum from Kusco who is taking an active part on the forum.

He as asked both Kusco and I to act as mods on the forum.

I expect some bug fixes very soon.

    Alive'n'kicking

In my opinion it's very important then Rob put the moderator(es) name(s) on this forum.
All people must know it, clearlly.
    Rui Paiva
PS - Rob would think in one way to avoid then happen the same lack of support, update and contact in future.
3dfa must continuing allways, independently some problems can happen to Rob.
When i decided buy this softwere, if in that momment i know about lack of support on future, believe me, i got another one.

Great to hear that 3DFA is still live and kicking.

Well done to Rob for persuading Blanius and Kusco to do the honours with moderating the Forum. I can't think of 2 better guys for the job.

Also, a great big thank you to Blanius and Kusco for their patience with the product. I'm sure with your talents you could easily have jumped ship and left us amateurs high and dry. Although I haven't been so active recently, I'm very glad you stuck with it, and look forward to a healthier forum in the New Year as a result.

Best wishes to everyone for 2005.

    good new but remember !

If 3DFA wants to make a come back, Rob needs to explain why he didn't get any news and didn't fix any bugs and didn't release any stuff this last year , and didn't post anything on this forum ! And he has to update the web site more frequently, and to tell the people that will not happen any more ! Because, lot of users have tried and sometimes bought a new software to make flash movies, that allow to write real actionscript, with real support, and new updates ! And lot of users read the forum and will not buy any new version if it does not rock !

Well that's my last post for this year !
    See you next year !

    Hi!
I think that the support is up again since i rec. a new reg number within 24 hours. However i am a little bit curios about why there has been a silence from the team of 3dfa for nearly a year. Somebody who has an answer?..Maby ..Blanius, Kusco???

I do not have a real answer except that I was told that the development team was tied up on another project. That's about all I know.
