how to open this one?

i can't find any button to activate the menu which has three choice "loop/play once/single frame" in "properties"
can anyone give me a hand?

First you need to have a graphic selected.

Then go to Windows > Properties.

This will open the properties dialog box, generally located at the bottom of the screen. This box will take on many forms, depending on what is selected on the stage. The image you have shown is the properties of a graphic. Text will have different properties, as will a MC, etc.

i wanna add MC b in an new MC ,and i can't play MC b in this new
MC,in short,how to play an MC in a new MC

thanks for your help,i did it,i dragged MC b in the new MC,then in the
"properties",i changed the MC into Graphic,and selected "play once",
know what? it worked perfectly!
