i have my intro and my actual site in speretae files ,whats the best way to put the intro in the begining of the actual site , i dont want to put in a different scene coz it gets complicated the. thanx

The easiest way is to take the smaller file's layers and transfer them to the new movie.

If you don't know how to do this, select all the frames and layers in the first file, and "copy frames".

Then add a new layer to the movie you are transfering them into, add as many empty frames to the begining of the movie as needed to ensure that you don't overlap your intro and content.

Then, select the layer and "paste frames" (these two frame copying commands are found in the Edit menu).
