    The Firefox Logo Designer.....

Just stumbled across the site of Jon Hicks, designer of the nice FF logo.

Very clean, some might say too bland. But I like it, and really like his work too.

This site made it to my bookmarks few weeks ago.

Excellent site, beautiful work. And it's just a one man firm. Incredible.

How could i not love the graphics? If it had a more interesting transitioning between pages and some fuff it would look much less bland. I view it 8/10 as it stands, a good effort.

I like they idea of turning styles on and off for bandwith usage, but not the fact that there is no style. The non-styled site wasn't too hot looking, and imo could have been made much cleaner looking with some changes to the typography at least. It's the site of a designer, so I'd expect expect something a bit better there. Also had problems turning it off and on.

The rest was nice though. Cool to see what CSS can do.

It's clean. It's a very "safe" design -- there's really no way to complain about it besides saying it's boring. I do prefer sites that are a bit daring, that give people the chance to hate them (since that means there's really something interesting there). It's still visually-appealing static work, though.
