Hey crazy flash people, I shot some great footage of my dogs from my digital camera, then put it into flash, added some sound and jazz, then saved as a .html so I could email it to my friends. Problem is it takes ages to open, in fact, while waiting I blew out the candles on three birthday cakes. I wouldn't know how long it takes in total because I lose patience bla bla bla.............SOOOOooooooo anyway, how can I make this file smaller or make it easily accessible to my friends?
Need help and would send some cake to the kind person who answers this

well when importing it you have some optimization options correct?
Make it smaller dimensions... turn down the quality.. don't import sound.. et cetera
