% Chart of how much a Seller should take when they bring you a contract ?

Anyone got a chart or a website where how much a Saler should take when they bring you a contract ?

    Meaning :

    10% 500 -1 000$

    7.5% 1 000 - 5 000$

    6% 5 000 - 10 000$

    5% 10 000 - 15 000%

I know it depends of what you sell.
But I need to compare my chart to others.

I know people that take up to 20% for large contracts, $100k+, but that includes everything but the actual work.

You'll probably get better results over in the boardroom, but we pay a straight 10% commission for all outside sales upon payment of final invoice.
Commission is only paid on the price of the web project itself, not on service contracts, hosting charges or search engine marketing/optimization.
