    shape + motion tween at the same time?

    hey dudes n dudettes

    was just wondering if anyone knew how to create a motion tween and shape tween at the same time?
    what i wanted to do was make a shape change while fading out

    I dont think its possible, u have to do one or the other. Maybe if you have a 1 color background you can create a box the same color over the object and have it fade in so it looks like the object behing it is fading out?

    If this was a shape tween movie clip, you could probably actionscript it's own fading out, based on the number of it's frames, while the shape tween is happening.

    could you not just put the shape tween within a Movie Clip
    and then motion tween the MC that contains the Shape tween?
    what the hell's a motion tween?
