    Navigation

looking to make a navigation sorta similar to the one on the old 2advanced site (http://2advanced.com/archive/v3/flashindex.htm) if any of you have a good tutorial for something similar that'd be great. Thanks.

I don't know of any tutorials but it wouldn't be too hard to make the navigation. What you need to do is make movie clips of the button animation, then put that movie clip into the 'Over' (frame 2) frame of your button symbol. What you could do is make one blank button, and duplicate it many times in ur movie, then on a layer above it just add the text for each button.

Ok, I have it so the top bar moves along like I want it to... but I'd like the top bar to fade out when the mouse leaves the nav area. Any ideas how to do this? I've tried putting it in the rollout but then it tweaks out while you're going between each button. Thanks for any help.

worst thing in the world when they dont bother writing back to say - yes it's ok - or no thats not what i wanted. spent about an hour preparing that for him and no response.
