i'll ask anyway. I know this had been discussed here before somewhere within flashkit but for some reason i couldn't find any answer or my computer is actually dumb! (lol).

Anyway, i'll attach a sample here and what i want it to do is, everytime i rollover the box, the symbol (diamond shape) within it would fade away till you can't see it? and when i rollout, it'd be back there again. the other blue one is my very bad attempt to do it and i know there is another easy and convenient way of doing it. Thanks in advance.

can u explain it little more, what do u want to do. here r 2 boxes blue and pink.

the green box is just a very simple thoughts of mine how i can do it. Unfortunately it is not doing what i exactly want it to do so forget it=). In the pink box, i would love to have the script on how i can make the diamond go away everytime the user rolls over his/her mouse in the box and have the diamond symbol back on rollout?

Unexpected file format! Can't open your .fla.
You'd have a better chance of getting an answer if your .fla was in a MX only format, and zipped up.

You would have to save a copy of your MX2004 .fla, (using Save as...) and changing the Document type to MX only in the Save as... window.

ok, i just want the little symbol (bottom of txt hello) to go away when the user put thier cursor or rollover in the box, and on rollout, i want it to be back. Is it possible? thanks alot.
