about different language operation system

I have a dell and windows xp pro, but I want to install a asian version windows.
Can I do it? or do I have to buy another operation system or can I change a setting
in windows xp pro to change my interface to a different language?

i dont know remember this, since its been a while since ive installed an operating system but... When your installing
Windows (XP) for the first time or just reinstalling it, doesnt
it tell you want language you want? Around when your putting details (serial #, name, DNA sample, name of first grandchild, etc.)

i dont remember, otherwise i wouldnt know anyother way myself.

You can do it by installing the language pack, but it's been so long, I don't remember how to do it ... search microsoft.com for details, I'm sure it's documented there.
