    Good project

I'm always surprised there is no traffic in this forum. I just wanted to say how well FLIX works, It's great.

I did have problems getting the exporter plugin to work with my edit program. (editstudio Pro www.puremotion.com)

I disliked the overly heavy handed protection and registration system. The folks at Purmotion wouldn't even test the encoder due to the envasive registration for the trial version... Too bad it would be a great combination You shold contact them to see if the issue could be worked out.

    Hi.
    Thanks for the positive feedback.
The Flix Exporter works with any software that supports the use of Quicktime plugins.
I'm not sure if Pure Motion's product does that (and it is not in our list of supported products). Products that definitely support the Flix Exporter are Discreet Cleaner, Adobe After Effects, Canopus Procoder, Quicktime Pro, FlipFactory and Agility.

They do support Quicktime plugins but I could not get it to work with the trial version. I'd suggest you conact them and see if there isn't some way to reslove it. It's a great edit package.

    Hi.
It looks like that software supports Quicktime plug-ins, but only for exporting to MOV format (there is no option to select file formats other than MOV). So it won't work for any other file formats that would be supported through the Quicktime system such as SWF and FLV.
