and one link gave me a page not found error - not sure if you just haven't finished these pages yet or what..?
Some of the transitions at the start are a little jerky - but the layout and interface look good to me - and didnt take too long to load.
good work.

Hey Visual,
nice ideas but can definately use some improvements.
I like that you have this vault intro effect but I would think the vault needs to feel a bit stronger feel to it. You have these tiny rods that perhaps represent the locking mechanism.
The overall black/grundge look could be fixed up and made neater.
The small video display in the top right is too SMALL.
And, if you're using flash, I would take advantage of using flash to display the video as opposed to windows media player.
Also, I can understand you using this vault opening intro for a site but why did you make the site only extending as far as the intro?
the main content of the site is within iframes which is not a good decision for searchability via search engines.
Other than the uplink page, no other page says Fatal1ty on it. It should be on every page.
Also, a small one phrase/comment should be up at the top where the "news feed" is to give a small synopsis of what Fatal1ty is about for those who do not know.
I've been putting the news on the right side of site's I design and it seems to work well there.
An annoying thing I noticed on this site is that everytime you go back to the front page the video replays.
If you are going to use iframes, frames or flash try to use it wisely to display any items that should be only shown once or not repeat. Or only shown again if the user requests it.
About the color.. This tomato soup red color really isn't attractive as it's being displayed. Take a look at the color wheel for some complimentary colors.
