New Battle-
I'm looking for a second battle. I don't know if this is considered newbies or not. But here are the rules:
-Opponent serves first
-An element from the previous volley must be in new volley
-Try to stick to a theme (at least for one round each)
-Dimensions are 500 x 300

Sorry I didn't reply to your thread but I was asleep, different time zone! Anyway, there wasn't a paticular theme, I just made it up as I went along.
Here's my return anyway
you want me to host your pics so people don't have to download them?

Sure you can host the pics, mandissected, as long as you arent' charging...lol. With that pic, did you do an ink outline then recolor by separating/duplicating layers? I'm just wondering what technique you used.

Good job you asked today, tomorow I wouldn't have been able to remeber!
ink outline was done last. I used SELECT > COLOR RANGE to get the different bits of the flower and just copied and pasted them into new layers. I've been playing with that technique a lot lately, I really like it.
