Hey there,
I have changed a flash template over to pretty much everything i want, i added a place for 6 links, there already set up with buttons and such on them, my question is how to i make it for when u click on each specific one it take you to the URL i specified

Use _blank if you want to open a new window. _self opens a new page in the same window.

Can I also use this to get a new pop-up window of say 600X400 in the centre of the screen?

Only if the code to size and position it is already in that page.

I think this will work if you put it above the body tag on the page. Change the self.resizeTo line to your dimensions.
