Website Builder - Templates? Help

I was looking for someone who is proficient in building websites, who wouldn't charge an arm and a leg to design a site like this one:

I am mainly looking for:
1. Flash based site
2. Mp3 PLayer on the side
3. The Html in the center
4. Preloader

I can do all of the graphic work, I just need the layout.

I was wondering if anyone here either had a free template like that already, or knew of where I could get one. Possibly design one cheaply? I greatly appreciate any help I can get. Drop me an e-mail at [email protected].

There's actually no need to hire someone, you can easily do it yourself. I believe that Wix and Weebly have the kind of template you need, you can check it out here http://www.webbuildersguide.com/. Hope it helps!

It deoends on kind of the website. If you want to create a blog, I think it is better to use Wprdpress. In case you don't need anything special, it is possibleto use a website builder. But there is also a question of hosting. You can self-host Wordpress, but not a website builder.

Check out Joomlashine. They have many great website templates. I've used them before. The tech support is great for helping you customize the templates. their English isn't that great, but they helped me out with what I needed.
