First let me say thank you again to Mike for extending the invitation. I am still a little awed over the entire process, however as I know the real work now begins, I hope that I can continue to be of some benefit to the community.

I look forward to getting feedback from all of you with my mistakes and missteps while I am here.

My first course of action is just do what I have been doing, as I believe that is what got me here. My second course of action is to watch you guys more closely so I can learn even more on what I should be doing.

Okay, now I am off to the boards to go swishing...hope the water is not too deep!
