layout check before for flash movie

Man! I feel like there is something wrong with this layout when I look at it but I can't figure out what it is...I think Ive been looking at it too long...maybe you'all can help me out.

The imagery on the hompage will be a flash movie (the picture is just a placeholder).

Anything about the design in general will help too...thanks ahead of time.

At the very top where the phone and fax numbers are it looks too cluttered and too spread out. IMHO
