I am a software developer named David Clark

I have developed two web sites during 2004 and I need to get an appraisal of their value for tax purposes.

I really need this ASAP. In order to file taxes on time I would like to have it by 04/15/05
I will pay an hour at customary billing rates ($65.00) for someone to go through the links and compile an appraised (estimated) value of the site.
I will also need them to fill out and sign the appropriate appraisal tax form

The sites being appraised (below) were developed at no charge to the customer and were awarded as gifts.

To respond please examine the two links below and provide a preliminary appraisal. The highest (honest) preliminary assessment will probably be my preference - but it needs to be reasonable. I will pay for one hour ($65.00) to procure a final appraisal which will include expediting the tax forms needed.
