First post! Just wondering if i could get a quick site check please?

Whats up everyone? I have been coming here for quite some time for help/inspiration, but have never posted. Today I figured I would register and post a couple things Ive been working on. Any feedback would be GREATLY appreciated...

both the sites here are pretty dark as far as the colors go and Im seeing some inconsistency as far as various monitors. They are both WAY to dark on some. Would anyone mind checking them out and letting me know? as well as any thoughts/gripes/comments you have on the overall design? these arent anything fancy as far as technology..just html - Thanks in advance!

quick fix on the second site - change the red backround to another collor or pattern. It is a web design rule not to use to much red, it is to harsh of a coller and puts off the user.

Your first site i would make your menu links a bit whiter, they dont stand out very well.

Cool - thanks for the feedback. - that red is definately just temp. I just cant find anything that i like 100%. thanks again!
