script to show other than flash?

Is there a code to display a different content when flash is not installed? I have autoinstaller popup and button (you know what i mean...) but with some computers (settings, firewalls or user rights) you cannot install flash so im looking for something that will show an htmlmenu instead of my flash one (or an image instead of my flashheader) i can make an html menu and a flash one but I cant manipulate my coding as i want it to, if the above is too complicated can i atleast change my flash header to a regular one when flash isnt supported, please help!

build a html page containing a meta refresh tag after lets say 5 seconds to your plain html content and a flash movie on the same page with a getURL action to the page with flash content. if the user fails to load the flash movie, he will be redirected to the html alternative after 5 seconds....
