    Get Version

    I would like to know if there is any way for a flash movie
    to detect the version of the flashplayer in the viewers computer
    and upgrade it automatically to the latest version?

    If your burning a .swf to a disk to play on another computer then you have no worries. The flash player is installed along with the .swf if you save the file as an ".exe" format. hope this helps
