you'll need some ftp software. got any? i use smart ftp fromhere. its free and there will be better ones around but this suits me fine.

hi.

you got three fields at the top of the screen

"address"
"login"
"password"

you should have the "login" (aka username) and "password" information on an email sent to you by whoever you bought your webspace off. They should have also sent you your ftp address - but sometimes they dont. In the address field either put in the ftp address they gave you, or try something like this:

thenameofmyurl.com

or

ftp.thenameofmyurl.com

I'm assuming that you have already bought a domain name and webspace and that you have published html/flash pages to upload.
