HTML tag to not cache the page

Hi doods,

Just wondering if anyone knows the tag in html to make the page reload the content fresh instead of using the cached content thats already on the user's system...?

I've used it before I just can't remember what it is... I think it was probably a meta tag.

nvm... I sorted it... the tag for anyone thats needs it is:

<meta http-equiv="pragma" content="no-cache">
