Rules:
400 pixel by 200 pixel image - teaser images to be posted in the forums - with 130k filesize limit
1000 pixel by 600 pixel images - to be linked to - no limit on filesize
48 hour returns - optional 1 time 24 hour extension upon request - willing to work out schedules for weekend volleys though...
Rotation allowed on final image, but not teaser images
Must retain portion(s) of prior image
