Whether it's nice when it's hot kinda depends on humidity. I've been in temperatures way over 100 degrees when it was more comfortable than 80 somewhere much more humid. I hate humidity

FK's Geezer Mod
I'd use a small car radiator for the cooler, instead of copper tubing wrapped around the back of a fan. More efficient. I'd also make it a closed loop running back through the cold water storage tank and use antifreeze in the system. But that would require a small pump to circulate it, and by then, I could just save money by going to Walmart and buying a window unit AC.

Phantom Flasher...
Wow... the weather is f'd up in this country! It was beautiful sunshine, then a tropical storm raced over head and it poured down! Rain, Hail... it was insane!
Loads of people were caught out by it, and several died!
I unfortunatly left my window open and the rain was so strong it mannaged to "bounce" 1 meter into my room!
Madness, loads of paper dammaged, but just missed my TFT by CMs!
Stupid bloody weather!

Busy doing nothing
Soooo hot!
It was 25degrees when I got into the office this morning. We have all the fans on and the windows open and it's still 27.4 Dammit.
It was sooo nice when it rained last night - it just didn't last long enough, the storm blew over us

An Inconvenient Serving Size
I'm with gerbs - I bet the Underground's pretty damn stinky.
Why is that - the metro in Sao Paulo's not stinky and it regulary hits 35C here.
Me thinks that some Londoners regard personal hygine as a choice rather than a necessity.
How medieval.
Stand by for emergency synapse rerouting
