    Japanese Project

I've just completed a website for a Japanese-American college placement program. Most of it is in Japanese, but I'd like to get people's impression on the site overall. Thanks for taking a look.

Lay out en graphics are nice, but i think you should have done this in html. The cool thing about flash is that you can make animated movies, but I don't see them (besides the buttons).
Bedides that, I can't read your text because an avarage every computer (in america or europe) does not have japanese typefonts installed. Now I only see blocks. You could make the site more lively with some nice vector animatos of birds flying around, soft moving sky or something.

Hrmm, I honestly thought it was a template site. Super professional but kinda lacking in personality. Navigation is a bit too spread out for my likings(nihongo ga wakatte mou). Maybe if the site were a bit more compact the eyes could have an easier time going about it. Give current students and supervisors of the programs more of a presence on the site to make it feel warmer to prospective students. The profile of them was a good idea I think. If you don't mind a tad bit more work, give them a mini blog of sorts and calendar of events with deadlines (even if it is updated once a year) to make them feel connected from the start. Ganbatte!

In comparison to your personal site(palehunter) it's sorta lacking 'soul'. Your personal site is totally awesome though I think. Saikou!
