    Scratched Ipods

Hola! ANOTHER Apple related thread from me...

What happens to IPod cases when they get scratched? That mirror finish wont be very hard wearing, is it?

You frame it with the title "my first iPod" and than you go out and buy a new one.

i have used mine every day for a year now, and it looks like it.
the back is scratched like crazy...so much so that it almost looks 'brushed'.
i also have scratches on the front of the case, over the screen.

but who cares...this is a portable music device, not a fetish.
plus, i believe in used space (star wars, alien) - stuff should look like you use it!

Ah, these boys is all swelled up. So this was earlier...getting set to trade. Then, woooaaah differences.

I bought a bottle of iCreme from Radtech. I hope it works, I just scratched my iPod right in the middle of the screen

I agree with nordberg on this one. Mine's more scratched than most others because of its age. When people see it, they say "Wow look at that! Yours must be well old!" before covering me with roses and reciting romantic poetry in French.

Put a sticker in a nice shape like a love hart Ahhhh onto a un-tainted part of the iPod and use some sandpaper on the rest, you'll love the result!

It's tougher than you'd think! I was suprised anyway...

And even when scratched it looks pretty classy I think

I think iVibe would be better.

    Conversation goes as such -

    "Well do you?" he asks.

"Well if you must know, of course I vibe."

    'Nuff said.
