External Dynamic Text with Links

I need to incorporate a news section that will be updated more often than the rest of the site I'm working on. I'm thinking of either just linking out to a news page built in html or using a dynamic text box loaded from an external file. My question then: Is it possible to embed links in text and dynamically load it from an external file?

I have another unrelated question also: How does one disable the right click navigation for .swf files? When I publish my pages, it is possible to right click on the flash file when it's running and rewind, move forward, etc. I've noticed that this is not possible on many flash sites? How do you turn it off?

The first link doesn't seem to apply if you have text loading from an external text file. The second is just what I wanted.
