Grab frame from FLV - save as JPG

I recall seeing a tool that could grab the first frame from an FLV and save it as a GIF or JPG. I can't, for the life of me, find that tool anymore.

If anyone has such a tool, or knows where I may find one, it'd help me a lot. Open Source + Linux would be great, but open source windows would be sufficient (I'll port it myself if necessary).

Eventually used FFMpeg and ImageMagick in combination.
