    Flash animations for mobile phones...

    Hi!

I would love to create a few extremely short flash animations for mobile phones. My aim is to sell them to mobile phone companies so they can increase their gallery offerings. Would these short "anis" be called screen savers? Is that what you use the short animations for? Do people also purchase 'stills' because I'd also love to offer very detailed illustrations of celebrities, athletes, etc.
Or can you also send them to friends & people, as a greeting?
I don't want to re-invent the wheel, so if someone could give me the basic key info I need, I'd appreciate it...ie: what pixel size dimensions does the ani need to be? Which format would be most appropriate to sell to distributors (.swf? convert to .gif?)? Do the files need to be optimised to a particular file size?

    Thanks!

is it just me, or is macromedia hiding everything it can to do with flash lite.

    Im reading this now mate:

    http://www.macromedia.com/devnet/dev...flashlite.html

We need to put some type of decent guide together as its def going to be the next big thing making games for mobs in flash.

Setting the type as flash lite 1.0 in setting basicly makes fook all work.
