uploading files to a ftp for free?

Is there any ftp where u're able to upload and download files to it for free? I know the ftp client software sometimes is free but then u need a hosting or something else.

Are you talking about a free webhost that will allow you to FTP files to a server for your website?

If so, I suggest reading over our Hosting Thread, which is the only thread allowed in the boardroom to discuss hosting.

Ok, the option to storage files for free during 30 days it could work, 'cause i need space to large files, but it would be better to use my computer as a server. I was trying programs, Quick n Easy is the one recomended, it is working with my local IP, so I can share files from pc into my network, but what I need is to do it with anybody around the world, but my IP adress (not the local one) is not working, any suggestion?
