Yes all of the sequences where done in 3D using 3DS Max. The 3d and all the transitions turned out nice, but the real star of the show is the development. This is a full on application. Everything is driven by a PHP CMS - genres, stations, song packages, jingles (if you play a jingle then hit the U-Mix-It it will select a song from the database to transition into that's pitched matched), news, all text, employees, employees' videos, and much more. You can 'send to a friend' any station and it will generate a link that allows you to deep link into the site (ie. http://www.reelworld.com/flashindex.php?station=106 ). The scrollbar dynamically updates as the flash movie changes size. If you search hard enough you might even find an "otter" or a "kung fu" master.

I handled all the 3d and design, Eric Jordan also added in a few touches. Brad Jackson - www.waveofthought.com rocked out the PHP and Flash development and Flash build.

what other programs did u use for the design? did you create those 3d images from scratch or does 3dmax have something you can work from?

i've never goten into 3d but always was curious to know how hard it would be to create some simple 3d graphics??

Yes, moving more dynamic with php and flash ... you can do so much with exterior languages and flash as the front end shell. My only question is why aren't you guys using device fonts or dynamic text for your loaded main content? But I absolutely love this thing ... again, further showing how Flash can be used to make dynamic sites far more engaging than some other formats.

Good question....any optimizing guides anyone? I never ever succeeded in displaying a set of images so smoothly in flash....it just tends to choke, suffocate and die...
