free template with water reflection

hi all, i'v made this template using swishMax and the sqirlz water reflections 1.2 ( http://www.xiberpix.com/SqirlzReflect.html ), for the first time wher i creat it i'd like to be a remantic template, but the sound i have transforme it to scary template hahahha.
but of course if you have the romantic sound put it and you well have a beauty tempalte.

nOOb question though. if i want to use it in flash i know i can export it as a flash file but is it a movie and/or how would i work with that file and around it to construct other things?
just starting in flash so you know how the learning curve is.
