How to make multiplayer game with flash....

Hi....I have some question and I hope U can help me..........
I want to ask "How to make multiplayer game with flash ?"
To make it we use FlashCom only or with Flash Remoting ?
What the Syntax are used?
And if I want to make animation, How to record my voice (or outside voice) to Computer?

Have you created a single person Flash game?

If not start with a single person game and then to a mutliplayer game.
