Check my bad self - portfolio site!

    Shamo!

Please provide criticism - constructive or not - on my portfolio site:

    All and every comment appreciated.

P.S. I know that the at present, when you send an email it is ambiguous as to whether the email has been sent or not. I am resolving this matter...

    Man, this site sucks. Period.

Seriously though, i like the nice simple color scheme, although i am not sure about the black and white images. It just doesnt seem to fit. That's just me though. I wouldnt change it unless others agree with me.
Some things im sure of that will make your site better are eases. I dont know if you are using AS or tweens to make your animations during transitions, but they seem very choppy. I would put a ease on the movements, making it look more natural. The site seems to be at like 4 fps during transition. It's very choppy for some reason, especially when a page is appearing (are you using tweens or is it frame by frame animation?).
The last thing is the pop-up. I dont like pop-up websites in general (that's just a personal thing), but what makes your pop-up even worse is that after it pops up, the site is bigger than the pop-up window (at least at my pop-up settings) and I have to enlarge the window so I dont need to scroll. I would recommend making the pop-up a specific size using javascript. Try this site:

Nice work and good luck with it

    Thanks,

The transitions are tweens running at 24fps and they already have ease on them. You're right though, it is a little jerky at times. Anyone have any idea on how to remedy this situation?

Also, what do people think of the font. Is it too small? Can people read it?

I really like the whole feel of the site.

The font is a little tiny in my opinion, I have slightly bad vision, but I had to squint to read the text about you.

The only issue I do have is having to guess where there is work in the portfolio section. I would prefer it if all of the work is in a simple straight line, with no blank boxes in between. But once again, thats only my opinion
