I know there's some Bret Easton Ellis readers lurking around here. Anyone picked it up yet?
3 chapters in and I'm enjoying it immensely, much more so than anything else. For the first time his main character (himself) isn't completely detached, too drugged out to know what's going on, or treated by everyone around him as if he doesn't exist.
Very funny as well, especially between him and the dog. But some of the scary stuff he's setting up is giving me the willies so far, and he's barely hinted at it.
