Web Hosting Flash/html hybrid site, need check + help

Alright well the banner for this site is in flash and is the only flash part of the site...in the end it will just be an html/flash hybrid site with an iframe in the middle for info but right now my problem is that the html wont stretch to the height of the site with the tables and I cant figure out why. also any comments on the flash portion are welcome, mostly Im wondering what the framerate for the intro on it is...because on my comp the swf runs at the full 45 fps but online it runs alot slower so Im not sure whats up there.

i think the banner and navigator at the top of ur website's file size is too big... it took me some time to load it even on a ADSL. how many kb is it???

it's just a banner... dun make it too big...

its 700kb but the site isnt intended for anyone with less than a broadband connection, with cable it downloads in about 2 seconds

I know it's been a year since you've posted this, but could you please elaborate a bit on how you've made the hybrid. It's going to be my first one. I don't have flash to flash. Just flash navigation that load html content in iframes(exactly like the one you've posted). Thank you bunches.
