    Need help whith 360 virtual tour effect

    Hi! I am doing a projectc for a small real state and i need to do a 360 virtual tour, but i am whith some difficulties, and i have a low budget to this work, so a need some help to do this kind of thing. the examples of the tipe off effect i need to the 360 effect is the one on the two links below.

    it is pretty straight forward and the "real" investment is in software (there are some freeware and not too expensive ones) and your time in learning how to use it.

    Basically, you rest your camera on a tripod in the middle of a room and make sure the tripod head vertical control is fixed. Then take a pic, then swing tripod head slightly (the tripod itself MUST be fixed the whole time), take another pic. Repeat the step until you are back to where you were.

    Upload the photos to your computer and let the software create a 360 degrees panaromic (usually in Java). This process can take a long time depending on the software and your computer speed.

    There are a few that creates 360 panoramic Flash files like FlashVR -- this was supposed to be good but you do need Macromedia Flash software. Both had trial versions for you to try out.

    The problem with java apps is that between the MS/Sun fighting thru the years
    very few have JRE or MS equvilant installed.

    Flash would be the better route even third party flash.
