Converting WMV files to FLV still w/ high quality

I want to convert my WMV files into FLV files, while still keeping the quality high!

Where can I find a good FLV converter?

What else do I need to know when trying to convert formats into FLV?

Btw, I am using Macromedia MX 2004 Pro...

    Thanks in advance...

    Alex

Anyone? I need help converting formats to FLV!

Where's a good FLV converter? What programs allow you to export as FLV, and how would I do this?

I can share this only info I got. I use Macromedia Flash 8 Video Encoder that convert WMA, AVI .. etc to FLV High/Normal/Low quality with many more settings to choose.
The program I got from Macromedia Flash 8 Profissional edition.

    Chaos,

Flix Pro 8 can convert WMV files to FLV. You can download a demo at www.on2.com to see if it fits your needs.

If you are already using Macromedia MX 2004 Pro. then you may want to use Apples new version of QuickTime pro. It only costs 30.00 and it will use part of MX 2k4 in the process. We found here at our company that MX will crash on us when using large files and QuickTime was alot better in conjunction with MX. For the price of On2 versus QuickTime it is a better buy. However, it is your choice.

If you just want to do the conversion I'd go for Flix. But whay not get Flash 8 and have the converter (not as deep or convenient as Flix though) and the new app ?
