i understand how to make them and stuff but i dont get if your supposed to draw the background and menus and stuff in flash do they make the images in flash? if not is there a way to make a site using images made only in flash?

You can use either. Flash began as a vector graphic creation tool, Like Freehand is today. Then animation was added to it. But you can create graphics in Flash with the draw tools, then animate them. Or, you can import bitmaps if you want, and use them, or both. If you want transparency, then import png's.

thanks the thng is i wanna make a site entirly with flash buttons and graphics everything you know any good drawing tutorials?

Not for flash, but the tools are virtually the same as Photoshop. Try finding some Photoshop tutorials and flash will be similar. Mostly it's just practice.

if the tools are virutaly the same then wats the point of using photoshop en ways why not just use flash

Photoshop can save images in formats flash can't. Use both if you got them.
