Can you make a site like this?

I am a photographer with some Flash MX experience. I am very busy right now and wondered if someone could help me make a website like this:

I cannot afford the outrageous price of their product, but like the interface/architecture. Is anyone able to help me out? let me know what you would charge for this and we'll talk.

what is it you want?? just the "graphical' look of something similar..of the simple "rollover",.. change content logic it uses??

As it stands, a custom made app would be cheaper to make than an all-purpose app as they sell it.
