FK featured site again?

This is todays flash kit featured site

Made in 2004 and looks like a site made by someone with a trial version of flash.

I can remember the days when a FK featured site was something to try and win. Looks like the worst efforts even get one now.

I'd like to know the reasoning for picking a site like this. Seriously I can't believe it.

This forum has totally gone quiet in recent months and I think I can see why.

I believe that FK is simply expressing their sense of humor with this one!

There is no other explanation. NONE!

...unless they just wanted to laugh at the bashing remarks we'd write in this forum.

This is really embarassing...if this site had been a fk featured site, its a real shame on all we designers...gaawd....how did this happen??? Maybe moderators can come up with a gud explanation....!!!

They should remove the flashkit featured site from the front page. It is no longer what it was originally meant to represent. It's just a link now to any site submitted.

Bleh. Not many people submit their sites these days. They just have to pick from the best that is submitted.

This thread is not a cool sites submission. Its feedback so I moved it there.

If you folks all have such great Flash sites then by all means, please do submit them.

Flash Kit featured sites come from several resources including from here in the Cool Sites forum, links submitted as recommendations for Featured Sites, sites submitted as Flash Kit resources and any sites that anyone on the Flash Kit team likes or found entertaining for whatever reason. Keeping in mind that the layout of the Flash Kit Featured site has a very limited space to explain why the site was chosen. The site doesn’t always necessarily have to be the most innovative, technically advanced or state of the art design to be chosen. It could just be funny or otherwise entertaining to those who chose it.

So like I said, if you have sites that you feel are deserving then click here and start submitting them.
