Looking for a flash animator to create an animated scene

I am in need of a flash animator to create a cartoon realistic tornado and snakes along a desert scene. I would like the twister to bend and snake, appear to be spinning quite rapidly, have a swirl of dust particles around the bottom (as if picking up dirt). The twister should move through a desert background scene, perhaps anywhere from a 1-5 minute background loop (must be seemless). An example of the quality of the twister I want can be seen at...

http://whyfiles.org/interactives/a2.html (pay no attention to the background, just the main spinning twister portion)

However I want the style of twister to be like:
http://www.animationfactory.com/anim...porter/138a18/ (notice how its narrow at the bottom, and the top has no cloud cover and the snakes around)

This animation is just the first part of my project. I also need some advanced scripting which I am not sure how to complete.

If you are interested in just creating the animation or also the scripting, please send me a PM for more details.

    Thanks
    Tom

I can easily get you a twister with bitmapped detail as opposed to a vector twisted. It wouldn't use Flash at all, I'd just import it into Flash. I'll contact you.
