Client can't view site?... But everyone else on the planet can!?!? ANY IDEAS?
Could you check this out and let me know if you encounter a problem?? Below is a little background on the situation...
HERE IS THE SITE
I threw together a quickie little property site for a realtor in my office to help him sell a condo. The problem is, that his Seller for some unknown reason can't view the site, he keeps getting redirected to my "Upgrade Flash Player" page. I tested it myself on IE, Firefox for both Mac and Windows as well as Safari and Netscape for Mac... No problems. I tested it on the 30+ computers in my office including people's personal laptops...all running different versions of Windows and i'm sure, different versions of IE. I encountered a problem on 1 system, i upgraded the Flash Player and it works fine. I also had pretty much every person i know in the world test it, and they had no problems. But this guy keeps b*tching because he can't view it. I told him to upgrade his player, sent him info about all the problems with SP2 ActiveX and Flash...cuz he's supposedly "tech savvy" so i figured he has an unneccessary amount of firewall protection/etc. He claims he does not.
The site was published for Flash Player 7.. so there is NO REASON it should not work on any system running Player 8.Has anyone EVER encountered anything like this before?.....
Thanks for your help.

Thanks you all.. can you do me a favor and check it with Internet Explorer?... I can't believe that people still use it, but that's where the problem is occurring (surprise surprise!)
Thanks!

Harmony & Justice
I tested the website through multiple web browsers (latest versions of IE, Firefox, Mozilla Suite, and Opera on both Windows XP Home and Pro), and it works in every single one as long as the Flash plugin was installed. I believe the end-user is most likely at fault here. I am having doubts that your client has the latest Flash plugin installed correctly.
Here is something you might want to try:
Tell him to visit the following website:
http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/
The website will display the version of Flash plugin currently installed on his computer.
Here is a screenshot of what it might look like:

thanks everyone.... I suspected it was the clients problem, because i checked it out on over 40 different systems myself, all running a different OS...and had no trouble. So... i guess he's not as tech savvy as he claims to be!!!
Thanks a bunch!
