Great layout! Good color theme and layout choices. Smooth and clean transitions as well. I assume that none of the links work so far.

I might suggest increasing the font a little bit for the following:
"© 2005 Spearhead Site by: Marksman International About Us | Range | Service | Distribution | Contacts Us | Site Map"

the overall site looks neat. although i feel u should play around with the logo 'spearhead' a bit more. I feel it should be a bit more dominant than it is now. What do u think?

Really nice and clean. I would say that that movement of the menu buttons when you mouse off of them is a bit confusing. For a second I'm not sure which one I am on. I guess this is because the mouse on movement is the same.
