// Ram Usage on OS X?

I was wondering if anyone knows how to see how much ram is available on OS X when you have multiple apps running.

On OS 9 I remember that I was able to see how much ram each app was taking up and how much was left.

Is there this functionality on OS X?

I normally open up Terminal and then type in "top"... hit enter and you'll get a real live reading right then and there.

Same for Processes via Utilities. I think it'll do the same thing for you.

I'm travelling at the moment, no Mac in front of me.
