Flash Designer Needed

I work for a small company based out of Detroit (www.eomnis.com) and we are needing a good flash developer that we will use pretty often. Currently we have 2 clients that need full flash sites, both of them will be portfolio sites and will need additions later on. If all goes well and we like what has been done for us we could have a job or two each month for you and pay will increase each time. Both of these are templates that we found that come close to what we are looking for, for one client in particular. The first of these gives a better feel of what we want then the second.
